PRAZLO reviews tracking and delivery information to determine whether a parcel is lost. An ordinary delivery delay alone does not qualify as loss.

For an eligible claim, choose a replacement or a refund of the amount paid for the affected item. The US$4.99 protection fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Protection is never selected automatically. You may remove it before checkout. Customers without protection can still contact PRAZLO for help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
